A: Over the last few years Galliards have built up enduring professional relationships with various Independent Financial Advisors, who help our clients to find the latest competitive products in the market.
Who can help with letting my property?
A: Galliard Residential Limited will let and manage your apartment, ensuring it is both tenanted effectively and maintained to the highest standards (accepting an element of fair wear and tear). Furniture packs are also available to buy when thinking about renting your property.
What running costs are involved when buying a property?
A: Once legally completed and keys are handed over, you are liable for the following (although some bills will be met by the tenant should you rent your property out).
- Service Charge
- Ground Rent
- Council Tax
- Utility bills - water, gas and electric (where applicable)
